Join our live chat about Rape on the Night Shift

Today, we released Rape on the Night Shift, a collaborative investigation into the sexual abuse of female janitors across the U.S. The story, produced with our partners FRONTLINE, Univision, the Investigative Reporting Program at UC Berkeley and KQED, throws light on an industry in which women’s complaints of sexual assault and rape often have been mishandled or ignored by their employers.

On Wednesday at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT, we’re bringing together three of the journalists behind Rape on the Night Shift for a live chat to answer your questions. Join Reveal reporter Bernice Yeung, KQED Central Valley Bureau Chief Sasha Khokha and Reveal producer Daffodil Altan to hear the story behind their year-and-a-half-long investigation. In addition to discussing their findings, they’ll field your questions and tackle potential solutions. They’ll also touch on resources available for those who work the night shift or employ janitorial services.

You can RSVP for the chat below and post your questions or comments on Facebook or Twitter using #TheNightShift.
