Trump keeps trying to kill agency that investigates chemical plant disasters

The Deepwater Horizon oil rig burns in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010, following an explosion that killed 11 workers and caused the worst offshore oil spill in the nation's history. Investigators from the Chemical Safety Board said human error and failure of a blowout preventer triggered the explosion.
